library for generating common parts for vcad similar to bd_warehouse for build123d

We have bd_warrhouse for generation of standard parts (screws extrusions etc etc) for build123d projects.

Given that vcad is increasingly stabilized perhaps we should port bd_warehouse to vcad.

Ahhhh I just realized that the equivalent library for vcad is vcad-parts, right?

Atm it has bearings and fasteners though we can extend it to match or exceed bd_warehouse......
