Use a proper versioning scheme and make releases

Edbee still is on version 0.1.0. Which is terrible.
It doesn't use any versioning at the moment.

I want edbee to get version 1.0.
For now I will give it 0.9 (issue #148, needs to be fixed before a 1.0 release).
