Add email form resets on reload

If you add an email address in Settings, but then reload the page before completing verification, the process is reset and you have to reenter your email address.

The page needs to remember that there is a verification process ongoing.

Slightly out of scope but we could do something with adding a link in the email itself which could link directly to verification - to discuss.
