P2: record 2–3 min screen-capture demo video for Annex A

Context

Annex A template Section A says: "Do include short video, images or other materials necessary for us to understand how your tech solution works." Currently only 4–5 static screenshots are provided.

Required

Record a ~2–3 minute screen-capture showing:

1. Dashboard load and vessel map (30 sec)
2. Click-through a high-confidence candidate: SHAP breakdown, causal ATT badge, ownership chain (60 sec)
3. Patrol dispatch brief modal + LLM analyst chat example (60 sec)
4. Live re-scoring on new AIS batch arrival (30 sec)

Save as _outputs/arktrace-demo.mp4 and link from Annex A.

Acceptance criteria

• _outputs/arktrace-demo.mp4 exists (≤500 MB, ≥720p)
• Annex A Section A links to the video or embeds a frame
