Regression in MCP activation via menu

Describe the bug

When I enable disabled MCP server via MCPs menu, it stays enabled (if I forgot to disable it).
This is basically a regression because my flow is to keep most MCPs disabled and enable them just for the session.
So maybe it would be best to have 4 actions:

1. Enable and remember
2. Enable
3. Disable
4. Disable and remember

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable any disabled MCP server
2. Start another ECA session
3. MCP will be enabled there

Expected behavior
Described above - allow enabling / disabling temporarily too.

Isn't this what stop does? it stops a mcp for this session

Yes, the problem is with enable. I want to have all mcps disabled by default and just enable it for the current session like it did before. Now "enable" is persisted.
And i think having enable and remember and enable would make stop little bit unclear and changing it to disable would be more self explanatory.
