I believe there might by a small glitch in the πŸ›‘οΈ vs πŸ”₯ mode status indicator. I haven't reproduced it fully yet, but it should be simple to reproduce.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

What I did:
started a chat, where I (ai agent) did some documentation rewriting. Do I enabled πŸ”₯ mode for it. Its task was to explore and give me a summary of the changes we needed to do in docs, so YOLO mode..
went to do some other stuff, outside of emacs/eca
later I realized that I'll need to log out and log in to my machine again
checked ECA first -> summary with changes was there
so my plan was to log out, log in again, run emacs, eca, resume, continue
I did exactly that
after resume, the status icon is no longer πŸ”₯ , but πŸ›‘οΈ
but in fact, it acted in πŸ”₯ mode internally, not asking for any permissions.
when I clicked πŸ›‘οΈ button -> icon switched to πŸ”₯ . Did that once again to get "true πŸ›‘οΈ . -> working correctly, asking for permissions

Expected behavior
Either show flame icon if resuming means "resume including last chat's secure state". Or switch to real secured state, not just icon.
