Using shortcut in data landing zone

I have a thing I want to test. That is to create a shortcut to sharepoint library to pick two excel files from it. I need to make some change to the data since it has to be unpivoted before storing it. Have you tried this in FMD? I guess I need to create the notebook and reference in the metadata some way

Ho @gforsmo excel to Table shortcut transformations should arrive soon in Fabric. Maybe that will be a great option to get the data into tables and from there you use the OnelakeTable option to get the data
