Add an Explicit "Edit" Button for Incidents in the Service Status Module

Current situation

In the Service Status module (agent view), incidents can be opened and edited by clicking on the incident title.

However, it is not immediately obvious that the title is a clickable link. As a result, users may not realize that they can open or edit the incident directly from this view.

Suggested improvement

Add a clearly visible Edit button for each incident.

Possible options:

• Add an Edit button next to each incident
• Add an edit icon (✏️) alongside the incident title
• Add a context menu with actions such as:
  • Edit Incident
  • View Incident History
  • Close Incident

Benefits

• Improved usability
• Better discoverability of functionality
• Reduced confusion for new users
• Faster access to incident management
• More intuitive user experience

Many users expect an explicit action button when they need to edit a record. While the current title link works, a dedicated Edit button would make the functionality much more visible and align with common UI patterns used throughout other applications.

Hi @dschipfel

I have now added icons to the right-hand column which have the same look and feel as everything else. There's also a right-click menu. If you would like to see any further improvements to how this behaves please let me know.
