It would be very useful to allow file uploads when creating notes on a ticket.
In many situations, agents need to attach supporting information such as screenshots, log files, configuration exports, PDFs, or other documents to an internal note. Currently, this requires creating an additional ticket update, even when the information is only intended as internal documentation.
A note and its related files naturally belong together and should ideally be stored and displayed as a single context.
This would be especially valuable for technical investigations, troubleshooting activities, and documentation purposes where files are often more important than the note text itself.
