Mobile: Tasks page (#1205/#1206) + Techniques 20 on native date inputs Adds Mobile-Friendly-Tasks.md, the tenth module round, and promotes the native date input trap to a numbered technique. That promotion is the point of this commit. The trick was already written up three times - Mobile-Friendly 2 (the #767 finding), and the Tickets and Assets rounds - but never in Techniques, which is the page you consult when you are looking for a trick. So it was missed a fifth time. Section 20 now carries it, including the part none of the earlier write-ups state: iOS spells the month out, so a desktop harness measures a different control and will clear a row that is broken on the device. Also completes the Techniques contents list, which stopped at 13 while sections 14-19 had been added below it - a contributing reason 14's shrink floor guidance went unread during this round.
