  • Ticket notes: feature pair, plus two bug write-ups (GH #103) One report that turned into four pieces of work, so four pages. FEATURE PAIR Ticket-Notes.md Internal vs shared, what each actually means, the labels, files on a shared note, and how to make one email. Includes the Reply-vs-Note table, since conflating those is what the report was really about. Ticket-Notes-Developer-Guide.md Code-first. The is_internal flag and why it defaults to internal; why both states are labelled rather than only the unusual one; the portal document endpoint with its four-condition join spelled out; the checklist for adding an email-template trigger; and the escaping rule anyone touching template_email.php needs to know first. BUG WRITE-UPS Issue-103-Share-With-Requester-Reached-Nobody.md The reported one. Leads on the honest point: only one of the three was a bug in the ordinary sense, and the other two were decisions FreeITSM had made without ever saying so - which is its own kind of fault. Records why the trigger is not called "Note added", and why we did not copy Zammad's red border. Email-Template-Escaping-Followed-The-Data.md The one found while building it, affecting all four pre-existing triggers. A merge VALUE containing a tag decided whether the template counted as HTML, and so whether anything in it was escaped. Its own page because it has nothing to do with notes and everything to do with every automated email FreeITSM sends. Both rows added to Bugs-Resolved. Sidebar entry nested under Tickets beside Canned responses. Every internal wiki link and every named application file verified to exist.
