File layout should prioritize Ansible roles

Context

This was initially bash heavy, but has since grown such that the Ansible playbooks and roles are the most up to date and useful content.

Tasks

• re-arrange repository folder structure to move the non-ansible content into a bonus folder, while the ansible content takes center stage.
