Add complete Czech (cs) localization

Czech is a registered locale but 21 strings were left untranslated in
intl_cs.arb and fell back to English at runtime (settings, token add/edit,
and the push confirmation question). Translate them and regenerate the cs
messages.

Hey, thank you for the contribution. Unfortunately am really sorry. We currently [rewriting the eduMFA Authenticator](https://github.com/eduMFA/authenticator-next app) in React Native. Therefore we can't accept new contributions for the current and new app. With the first stable release of the new app, we would be happy to welcome Czech.

Hey, thanks for the heads up. So just to be clear, the development of eduMFA/authenticator is no longer going to continue?
btw, is there an ETA / roadmap for the stable React Native version?

Yeah, the Flutter version will only receive critical security patches and a final release for app migration.
For the new app, there isn't any roadmap yet. About a month ago we release the first iOS Beta and soon plan to follow with the first Android Beta.
