What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to letter mode in the screen reader
2. Navigate over punctuation or a capital letter
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The screen reader should read these

This happened because of the change in determining sentences. Maybe just
split based on line breaks, not periods.
