Added Component prefixes to MessageProviders of the Paper module.
Added String prefixes to MessageProviders of the Spigot module.
Added MessageProvider#formatRaw and MessageProvider#formatListRaw to avoid prefixes when needed.
Added YamlConfig#asMessageProviderWithPrefix(Component) for Paper and YamlConfig#asMessageProviderWithPrefix(String) for Spigot.
Made MessageProvider#format and MessageProvider#formatList default methods that support prefixes. You must now implement raw formatters in your own MessageProviders.
Made YamlOptionLoader a record because there isn't a reason not to.
Deprecated YamlOptionLoader#getConfig(): Use YamlOptionLoader#config() instead.
