Feature description

• Implemented validation to check whether the selected expense account in the accounting entries(purchase order,purchase invoice,expense claim,journal entry and material request) exceeds the allocated budget for the corresponding Cost Center.

Solution description

• Implemented validation to check whether the selected expense account in the accounting entries(purchase order,purchase invoice,expense claim,journal entry and material request) exceeds the allocated budget for the corresponding Cost Center.
• Removed default 1 of 'is budgeted' from accounting entries.
