Feature description

1. create batta claim from bureau trip sheet and show only to selected employee's

2. issue :- ISS-2026-00040
   -> In bureau trip sheet food allowance is not showing and it condition is not satisfing

3. Calculate the fuel consumption and total fuel expense in the Bureau Trip Sheet

Solution description

1. if logged in user is selected employee then request batta button is shown
2. able to create batta claim from it.
3. food allowance is calculated and saved .
4. fixed Monthly Consolidated Trip Sheet ; - Previously trip sheets were fetched in after_insert, which caused
   data not to update when the month was changed after the first save.
   Now moved to validate to ensure records refresh on every save.
5. Added fields in Bureau Trip Sheet for fuel rate per litre, fuel consumption (litres), and total fuel expense. Fetch Average Mileage (KMPL) from the Supplier doctype and calculated fuel expense
