Dm Cache recovery

#Recovery from the failed DM-Cache on ubuntu 16.04 ##The problem Boot failed into initrams when I have tried to setup Dm-Cache writeback cache using these tutorials(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lvm2/+bug/1423796)

Boot into rescuecd in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf change use_lvmetad = 1 to use_lvmetad = 0 lvremove vg/cache
