- Update GLPI PHP image tag to php-fpm-11.0.5 in docker-compose files
- Update GLPI Nginx image tag to nginx-11.0.5 in docker-compose files
- Update VERSION environment variable to 11.0.5 in php Dockerfile
- Update version references in docker/.env.example configuration
- Update appVersion to 11.0.5 in Kubernetes Helm Chart
