Conformance test suite — coming soon.
This repository will contain the conformance test suite for EGAProtocol (EGAP) — the open protocol that brings discipline to AI agents.
An implementation is EGAP-conformant if it correctly implements all normative requirements in SPEC.md as defined in Section 19 (Conformance Criteria).
The conformance test suite will provide:
- A machine-readable test harness for engine implementations
- A machine-readable test harness for agent implementations
- Coverage of the 5AG Governance Framework — Authentication, Authorization, Audit, Approvals, and Alerts
- Both JSON-RPC 2.0 (WebSocket) and gRPC transport binding tests
- A report format compatible with the future EGAProtocol Certified program
The specification is published at egaprotocol/spec. The conformance test suite will be developed alongside the reference implementation.
