Controls alignment is messed up

Currently the Chosen.js dropdown is not vertically aligned in the Boostrap nav bar. Subsequent controls (themes etc.) will also run into this issue.

Options

1. Ditch bootstrap
   1. In favor or something else like Foundation
   2. No framework at all
2. Upgrade to v3 and see if the issue is more easily solved now
   1. See if anyone else has a snippet for using Chosen with Bootstrap's nav bar
