…cell-style defaults ODA / AutoCAD encode per-table flow direction in TableEntity.Content.CellStyleOverride (specifically the FlowDirectionBottomToTop bit of PropertyOverrideFlags and TableCellStylePropertyFlags) rather than on the shared TableStyle. To let external callers populate that override, expose CellStyleOverride and MergedCellRanges as public properties on TableEntity, plus parameterless and BlockRecord constructors. Also pre-populate the default cell-style instances (data/header/title) with their canonical Id and HasData=true, and add a DefaultTableCellStyle (Id=4, name 'Table') referenced by the TableStyle.TableCellStyle initializer so that the property override flags written through the table-level CellStyleOverride round-trip correctly.
