• remove from epic-data's main
• remove from calibrations.xml

Is there any necessary time delay to wait for before removing these?

From the release standpoint, it checks all out already: we will be shipping latest EICrecon, which is not degraded in any way by absence of this old calibration. I suppose, people who are developing on nightly and did not update EICrecon will see tagger tracks disappear. That, maybe, is not very critical right now.
