Repository reset: Please re-star nucleus-mcp

Hi everyone, quick update from the Nucleus Team.

We reset the repository history on March 2, 2026 to remove internal artifacts and ensure a clean public codebase. The code, PyPI/NPM packages, and documentation remain intact; only the git history was reset.
