Summary
Add the test suite url to the start-etos span.
Context
Having the test suite URL as span attribute gives the option for better telemetry insights when for instance test suite validation fails.
Exemplification
There is currently no way to link a test suite validation error to an acctual test suite and it's location (URL). Having the URL would significantly narrow down debugging ands fixing of broken suites.
