fix: show synthesis (consolidation) phase on dashboard#8

The synthesis step after convergence was invisible on the dashboard:
- No typing indicator during synthesis
- The final consolidated answer was never rendered in the thread
Now fires onTurnStart("synthesis") before synthesizing and creates a
consensus-type message that appears in the thread with distinct styling.
