Support for "complex" serialization.

Hi,

I stumbled upon this repo while evaluating possible solutions for aggregating data from a number of devices using SenML into the cloud. Looks like you've made a great job!

However I was thinking about the purpose of the library. This is "simply" a serialization of the standard SenML definition rather than a set of utils to work with the SenML data. Please note that this is not a complaint but rather a question.

In our solution we will need "complex" serialization such as converting a range of values with a delta towards bt to "real" timestamps and such.

Do you consider this an possible improvement of this library and something worth contributing with or do you consider it outside of scope to keep things simple?

Hi, that sounds like a good addition to the library. Feel free to open a PR against this repo if you implement something like this. I guess it would be possible to use the to_absolute() method for converting relative to absolute time stamps for a start.
