Not retrieving answer from KB

Hi,
I used in the past this code to learn about Bot, and I recently wanted to review the updates you did. But the Bot is not retrieving answers from the Knowledgebase.

On every question I send, it is asking to provide the answer. Even after entering a new Q&A pair, and asking the same question the Bot ask to input the answer. The new added Q&As through the Bot, are successfully published into the qnamaker.

I am not able to troubleshoot by myself.
