PR type mismatch: title uses feat: load json filenames from schema manifests, diff looks like feat! instead.

The squash adds user-facing commands and flags via manifest-driven schema loading and the 0.7.0 bump, but also renames and drops public commands and flags (for example dashboards, data-view create, ACL, visibility, bump-revision) with no compatible path.

This affects the version bump and changelog entry release-please generates on merge. Update the PR title (and squash commit message) to match, or push a follow-up commit that justifies the current prefix.
