Can you start devfiler from the terminal? This way, you should see some logs.
After the start, the first should be something like this: INFO devfiler::collector: Collector listening on 0.0.0.0:11000

If you then try to drag and drop ELFs for symbolization, you should also get some additional information that should help here.

That looks strange. You get the initial log line at start up, but are missing the log line, that should be emitted on drag&drop.

INFO devfiler::symbolizer: File ID 123abchash of dropped executable /path/to/my/executable

It feels like, the OS is not recognizing the drag&drop.

I have the same issue under manjaro using wayland. The drag&drop is not recognized.
