As highlighted in this comment, the content of archive functionality needs to be updated to reflect the right versions.

It should be aligned with preparations > run upgrade assistant

clarify the index versions/stack versions in scope of the "archive to upgrade" feature (likely it includes 7.x as highlighted here)
