Note: This week's serverless release is delayed per #kibana-mission-control in Slack. As a result the RNs tool is not yet recognizing the current release as having taken place.

hey @benironside, this issue is for collecting all kind of upcoming serverless changes regardless of solution, right?

i have a PR in elasticsearch-controller repo, for which i'd like to have a line added to this week's changelog. the PR is not merged yet, but it is not part of the usual serverless release workflow, so when it's merged, it will affect the users almost immediately, that's why it'd be great to include it in the actual changelog.

the text should be something like this (without referencing the PR as it's a private repo):
Fixes the behavior of Security serverless projects' Tier 1 and Tier 2 analyst roles by revoking their Endpoint exceptions read access.

could you please add this to the upcoming changelog?
