[EDOT] Make it more evident/highlight EDOT SDKs are tested/supported only with EDOT intake

Make it more evident/highlight EDOT SDKs are tested/supported only when used with EDOT Collector GW (with our recommended/opinionated configs) or Managed OTEL Intake.

A lot of users try to use EDOT SDKs with APM Server OTel intake and I think we should consider it not supported or just "compatible" but not supported.
