[Internal]: 9.3 Cloud Connector changes

Description

In 9.3 we are introducing few changes to Cloud Connectors in Elastic CSPM, Cloud asset discovery integrations. This ticket is to track the related documentation update:

1. Now in Cloud Connector configuration users will have to provide a name for Cloud Connector, this helps in easily locating the desired Cloud Connector especially for reusing an existing connection. More details in this dev ticket- [Cloud Security] Add cloud connector name and validation kibana#242460
2. Cloud Connector AWS will now be supported on ECH hosted across GCP and Azure. So far we only supported AWS Cloud Connector for ECH clusters on AWS. If there are any related doc updates, we need to update those.
3. Under existing Cloud Connector flow users will be able to view the list of integrations using same connector and also rename the Cloud Connector. Attaching screenshot here for reference -
