Updates for RAG - Playground pages

This PR updated the playground pages to resolve the following issues:

• https://github.com/elastic/docs-content-internal/issues/227
• Update prereqs for playground if needed #3295

Changes

• Moved Playground to "beta"
• Add applies to 9.0 label to outdated information
  • Previously users were only able to select one field
  • The "Edit context" button no longer exists
• The Gemini 1.5 as the LLMs have been deprecated, and now users should use Gemini 2.5

I’ve been working on updating the RAG Playground pages in our documentation and saw that you might be able to provide some additional context/review the changes.
