Workflows moved to its own nav section. Rename the file and update H1 from "Share, alert, and automate" to "Track and respond". - File: share-alert-and-automate.md → track-and-respond.md - H1: "Track and respond" - toc.yml hidden entry updated Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Rename the overview page and update references:
share-alert-and-automate.md→share-alert-and-respond.mdWorkflows is being promoted to its own top-level nav section, so the "automate" part no longer applies to this group. The section now covers Reporting, Alerting, and Cases.
