Support Windows ARM64

Some Elastic employees are using Microsoft's Surface Pro which runs on an ARM chip. We cannot currently deploy Agent on these computers due to lack of Windows ARM64 support. Once prioritized, this will need to be a coordinated effort across all inputs including Endpoint and Beats.

This was a minor issue for us a while back. It got more of an issue with Parallels based VMs on M Series Apple Hardware. Now Microsoft have official devices running ARM, I think this'll be a bigger issue going forward.

we are also very interested in Defend for Windows arm64, for MacOS users running Windows VMs. any update when to expect this would be appreciated :)

I'd be interested in any update on this one, especially for Elastic Defend.

With the new CoPilot Devices and that there are more reasons people seem to be picking ARM devices it's only a matter of time before we end up with a few of these kicking about.

At present, we have to use other EDR options for this but would prefer Elastic if we could get it running well on arm.

@sudobashdev this is work in progress for Defend. We don't have a timeline as yet. @nfritts I don't know if there is any timeline that can be communicated.

Same question here, since arm is getting more adoption on windows we see this as a blocker for rolling out agents in our environment.
