SourceMany return empty result

Hi,
I wrote it in an already closed issue, so here it is again...
I'm running the tests with resharper runner. Against elastic server 1.1.1
I have 248 failing tests. For example:
GetTests.SimpleMultiGet fails (I started testing it after the same scenario failed in my application):
There is a problem with deserializing the response - it is deserialized as empty MultiGetResponse (same goes for many other tests).

I think the flow is missing the set to the piggy back (since the descriptor is overriden), and the MultiGetHistConvertor is never called..
Any idea?

I generally love NCrunch but apparently it wont unignore tests properly if part of the tree are both ignored/unignored (inside ncrunch) you first have to ignore all then unignore all.

This meant that I wasn't running all the tests properly dang!

Better CI setup as in #641 is high on the roadmap. Right now the build is tested on each commit and PR but the tests are not run (let alone integration tests).

The integration tests from NEST are quite brittle. They are interfering with each other (delete tests removing data that needs to be available) even if they are run sequentially so rerunning the failed tests a couple of times is needed.
