This PR will contains a fix that BulkUpdateTests that was inheriting the BulkTests, the problem is that both the tests are running with the same and the BulkTests are running multiple times that causing failing test run.
Also the MultiTermVectorsTests should be skipped for up to ES 1.3.1 because the bug on ES side are not soved yet.
