Docs: Update Elastic Defend integration description

This PR:

• Is a replacement of https://github.com/elastic/integration-docs/pull/1174.
• Resolves [Internal]: Update Elastic Integration description docs-content#5468 which updates some summary content in our Elastic Defend integration.

Release Target

Thanks @jmikell821 ! Only thing I wanted to note is ideally all of the fields are in accordions (similar to Exported Fields seen here - https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/integrations/sentinel_one_cloud_funnel - as an example) rather than a long list you have to scroll through. I couldn't fully tell from the file. Otherwise, looks good to me! :)

Hi @caitlinbetz! I added collapsible drop-downs to the field tables. One caveat though: you'll see duplicated headings in the <dropdown title> and the Exported fields heading. This is due to how the GO template (endpoint-package/scripts/generate-docs/exported_fields.go) is structured:

But I didn't want to mess with the template since it's used to populate the fields in the integration doc. Just wanted to let you know. If you see any other changes I should make once it goes live, happy to adjust. I'll close the PR for now. Thanks!
