  • Clarify Integration:* labels are created post-merge Explain that the label is created automatically after merge so it reflects the final manifest name, and direct contributors not to create the label manually on open PRs.

  • Source Integration labels from manifest name Packages are no longer required to live under the top-level packages/ directory, so directory names are no longer unique across the repo. CI enforces manifest name uniqueness, so switch the documented label source to manifest.yml's name field.
