Seen on our internal dev-oblt cluster at /app/metrics/detail/host/gke-dev-oblt-dev-oblt-pool-4419afe6-yybj?assetDetails=(dateRange:(from:%272025-03-17T17:22:24.389Z%27,to:%272025-03-17T18:22:24.389Z%27),name:gke-dev-oblt-dev-oblt-pool-4419afe6-yybj,tabId:processes)

Assuming these are process metrics produced with elastic-agent.

Error toast shows when page loads:

I can replicate this consistently with the OOTB Kubernetes/OTel o11y package:

1. setup k8s (i'm using self-managed k3s on ubuntu on GCP)
2. install some apps in the k8s environment
3. in elastic 8.17.3, add data > Kubernetes > OTel / Full Observability
4. follow instructions to add to your k8s environment
5. in elsatic, infra > hosts > (click host) > processes
6. error toast

interestingly, this may only be a problem when view=classic. i'm testing now with view=oblt on 8.17.3, and it seems to work as expected?

This was not the case for me; just tried it and failed on both a classic and an obs space.
