Adapt hostmetrics data views and configs once upstream transition to stable SemConv

Upstream hostmetrics receiver keeps track of its transition to the stable semantic conventions at open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib#35325.

Once that happens the remappers will need to be adopted to the breaking changes.

Does this still apply now that we are removing/deprecating the EIMP from the supported configurations? elastic/elastic-agent#8958

I think that now the content packs will need to get adjusted directly and anything that is probably processed in the configurations.
