[DOCS] Standardize casing for rule details and possibly revisit guidelines for capitalizing Alert details flyout #2099

Description

The "d" in "Alert details flyout" should actually be lowercase. A while back, the alert flyout was named "Alert details" so capitalizing the "d" is a convention from those days.

Example of the 7.16 alert flyout design:

I'm open to revisiting this guideline that at any time though, especially since it's been a few releases since that change.

As far as I remember, the term "rule details" has always been lowercase . That said, I've noticed some inconsistencies with the way the term is capitalized in our other topics, so this is probably worth revisiting as well--and fixing when we have some downtime.
