Fix broken svg links in prebuilt jobs page

This PR adds the missing svg file (copied from stack-docs repo) for this page: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/security/current/prebuilt-ml-jobs.html

Alternatively, we could replace the image with text, which is what we did to fix similar tables in other sections.
