Adds the configure command to create a profile through the command line. Handles the creation and reading of a config file where profiles will be saved to. Profile flag allows selecting a profile different than the profile currently chosen via the EPCC_PROFILE environment variable. GetProfileDirectory function and profile name global variable allow other commands to use profile variables seamlessly
