Resolves #170 - Add support for entries in flows

1. Mentions EPCC_PROFILE environment variable.
2. Stores other attributes aside from id in aliases, including slug and sku.
3. Adds a bunch of unit tests for aliases.
4. Cleans up the error message associated with mixing and matching array and object variable types (Less than great error when users try and create  #175 )
5. Some code duplication clean up.
6. Adds auto completion for resource type.
7. Improves JSON Schema Validation and makes it more strict.
