Added terraform configuration to deploy to an AWS Account.
Using standard ElasticPath Terraservices pattern.
AWS Account Ids, arns, etc are all obfuscated and are required to be input via environment variables and to use the generate config script.
.dockerignore added to platform directory as final build was including development files resulting in a massive sized docker image
