Update installation script with AL2023 and Linux kernel version 6.1 support

The install-elastio.sh should allow to install elastio on AL2023 as far as we'll have elastio packages and repository for AL2023.
Also this script should allow to install elastio-snap onto the machines with the Linux kernel 6.1 as far as we'll have this kernel version supported in the driver.

Retested for installing from master branch on AL2023 instance with Linux Kernel 6.1

Retesting result: accepted, elastio and elastio-snap installed correctly:
