Feature Request: enable use with dtplyr

This is a wonderful package. I wonder if folks have thought about adding the capability to use tidylog with dtyplr for large datasets.

The implementation would conceivable be similar to how tidylog works now, but also enables messages to be printed when running on objects modified by lazy_dt().
